ABOUT me

My name is Stela Kehayova and I am currently an Interior Design student at the University of Salford in Manchester. 

Originally born in Bulgaria, I moved to Cyprus when I was only 10 and somehow ended up in a university in England. 

I am studying Interior Design at the moment, however, I have a big interest in Animation, 3D Design, Motion Design and even Video Game Design, which is why I am constantly doing online courses to teach myself how to work in these sectors. 

My love for design is undeniable. That being said, I have other passions as well, the strongest of them being Korean Language and Culture. Therefore, after completing my design degree, I will be enrolling in a Korean Studies degree in Bulgaria.

Career-wise I try to improve myself every day by learning new software and building up my skills. It is evident that my style may differ a lot when compared with other Interior Designers. Nevertheless, that is what I love to do, therefore I will not change in order to fit the typical definition of an Interior Designer.

I want to create dreamscapes, I want people to 'travel' to another world through my designs and thankfully 3D art allows me to do that. Hence, the majority of my efforts go to learning 3D modelling, rendering and animation.
