Course Review: Psychedelic Animation with Photoshop and After Effects by Klarens Malluta

As you might have already seen in a previous post of mine, Klarens Malluta is actually a very significant inspiration source for me. In my opinion, he has fully mastered the art of creating psychedelic, retro/ futuristic animations and art pieces. When I saw his online course preview, I was immediately intrigued, even though at the time I did not know anything about the course teacher, aka Klarens. The course trailer seemed interesting, Klarens' style seemed similar to mine and since learning to use After Effects for animations was already on my list, I just decided to purchase the online class and give it a try.

Well, all I can say is that this course is definitely my favourite out of all the online lessons I've bought and done. There is nothing Klarens won't explain in detail. In fact, at the end of the class, I can guarantee you that there will be no questions to ask. He will have explained everything that you might or might not have thought of. From how to get iridescent colours and gradients in Photoshop to how to export your own animations; everything is explained perfectly.

In these lessons, I learned how to create my own animations using various patterns!! I also learned how to apply effects in Adobe After Effects and I even made my very first animations!!! Honestly, I am so proud of myself and my work, especially given the fact that I had never ever even launched After Effects.
